01 Introduction

04 Account Registration

Eligible Users may create a single Account on the Platform. The creation and maintenance of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposit and withdrawal options may include, subject to availability and eligibility, Malaysian local channels such as DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Available channels are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and may change without prior notice.

5.2 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where MYR functionality is active on your account. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in the currency displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

5.4 Processing Times

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses offered by we1we are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which must be read and accepted prior to claiming any offer. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: The default wagering multiplier for most Bonuses ranges from X10 to X30. The exact requirement is stated on the applicable promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A per-round or per-bet limit, typically between RM50 and RM500, applies when using a Bonus balance. Exceeding this limit may result in Bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer titles often contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain game categories may be excluded.

07 Gameplay Rules

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Suspension & Termination

we1we may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• We are required to do so by law, court order or regulatory instruction.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling tools.

Upon termination, any outstanding verified withdrawal balance that is not subject to an active investigation will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures after all required checks are satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1we is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
